Hi there! Welcome to Polarity Health and Wellness. I'm so grateful that you're taking the time to visit my website. As an Associate Practitioner, I offer clients a very unique approach to holistic integrative health. By infusing a kind, gentle, and compassionate presence into a highly transformative holistic modality, I assist people who possess deep rooted struggles and energetic imbalances. I also work with clients who are in the process of their end-of-life phases, whether they are in palliative or hospice care.
With a focused combination towards true wellness, Polarity captures the essence of authentic energy medicine through Healing Touch, Naturopathic, and Ayurvedic practices. Treatments are tailored to enhance the overall well-being of individuals who know that there is some form of imbalance and need assistance in finding the root cause. It is a magical way to reconnect and realign, ultimately creating an atmosphere to uncover their own innate regenerative abilities.
As a holistic coach and trainer, I offer a specialized 2-to-3-day immersive class specifically tailored for Palliative and Hospice Nurses, Physicians, and Caregivers whose passion is focused on assisting in progressive Transitional Care (End-of-Life) or transitional assistance through applied principles of Energy Medicine.

Regular treatments are 90 minutes in duration and the fee is $165.
Transitional Care treatments are 60 minutes in duration, and the fee is donation based only, with a portion of the proceeds to be given to Alive Hospice in Nashville, TN

Transitional Care Training
My Transitional Care (End-of-Life) training is a 2-to-3-day immersive course. This training is specifically designed for caregivers; Palliative and Hospice Nurses, Physicians, Hospice Volunteers, and family members who are providing direct care to loved ones who may be in the final stages of their lives.
There are a total of 9 modules covering the individual stages of the souls' transition, along with hands-on practicum (1 transitional clients documented practicum as submittal).
Practitioners will be attuned to a Level 2 vibrational attunement to clear any stagnant energetic flow from within the energetic body and ignite the amplified level of energy flow to perform this level of gentle and compassionate assistance to those transitioning.
Once students complete their required fully documented transition practicum, they will electronically receive a certificate of completion.

What is Polarity?
Polarity Therapy was developed by Dr. Randolph Stone, doctor of Osteopathy, Naturopathy and Chiropractic, over a period of 60 years of practice and study which began in 1912 and ended with his retirement at age 83. It represents a synthesis of the health wisdom from the West and the East.
Dr. Stone studied the Ayurvedic system of India and folk health practices of many cultures including homeopathy, and Oriental Medicine, from these systems he extracted the essential principles of healing and incorporated them into a simple, clear and universally applicable approach to natural healthcare called Polarity Therapy.
