Each session at Polarity Health and Wellness is a sacred space created with intention, preparation, and energetic alignment. Your appointment time is held specifically for you, and the work begins long before you arrive.

 

To honor this shared commitment:

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full session rate, as the time and energetic preparation cannot be offered to another client on short notice.

No‑shows are also charged the full session fee and may require prepayment for future appointments.

Life happens, and I understand that unexpected situations arise. If you are experiencing illness, an emergency, or a significant disruption, reach out as soon as you can. Compassion and understanding are always part of this practice, and exceptions may be 

made at my discretion.
